Hi Pavan,

When agents check in, they match their name to the "Agent Mapping" parameter in the Agent Group, to whichever System Profile is alphabetically first, then to whichever Agent Group Name is alphabetically first.  Please ensure you have unique agent mappings to map the agents into the desired System Profile.

Thank you.Does that mean its an enforcement so that no two System Profiles will report the same data?

I just tried again based on your above information.

The actual system profile names were
AppPool (sp1 I mentioned eralier)
Enterprise(sp2 I mentioned eralier)
I renamed Enterprise to 1Enterprise and was expecting activity in the one I renamed to 1Enterprise  but it doesn't seem to be the case

Yes, an agent can only be mapped into one system profile. Two system profiles can't share agents, so consequently they wont contain the same data.

Have you restarted your agents after renaming the system profile? Only then the agents will reconnect and map into the new system profile. How do the agent name portions in the "Agent mapping" sections of the "AppPool" and 1Enterprise" system profiles look like? Could you share a screenshot of the Agent Overview dashlet?

Best regards

Wolfgang

this rule "agent can only be mapped into one system profile" applies to Browser Agent as well?
