We have hooked our production jboss JVMs to the dynatrace collector and we are receiving data fine. The issue is that the server is writing changes so frequently to our Oracle database we are generating very large redo logs. Is there a way to reduce the frequency of the writes to bring the redo log size down?
Thanks

Hello David,
there is no way to reduce/configure the frequency of the writes. The write load is basically defined by the number of measures, measurements etc. You can get a good indication for that via the built-in PWH Write Monitoring Dashboard using pre-selected self-monitoring measures.
A few additional notes:
Hope this helps.
