Hello Everyone,
Currently dynaTrace (5.5) does not seem to allow for multiple measures to tag user visits. I.e., we would like to be able to tag a users visit by both their email address (used for a login) and the sessionID (for when the user does not log in). The ultimate goal here at Lowe's is to create a solution with dynaTrace that will replace Tea Leaf.
I have explained that we should be focusing on finding one unique identifier to tag visits with. However, they would very much like to have options for tagging due to the nature of the way transactions are carried out on their site.
I did not want to revive the older thread UEM Tag Visits by multiple methods, but I have posted it here as a reference to the fact that someone has asked this question before.
Thank you,
John Rath

Hey John,
This is currently not possible. While I don't have any insight into the development of such a feature, perhaps a suitable workaround would be to create a business transaction to split purepaths by user name or IP address, while you tag the UEM visits by a different variable?
Cheers,
Jb
Hi Joel,
That's not a bad idea. I'll give this a shot and see how it performs (monitoring a specific BT) versus the User Complaint Resolution feature within dynaTrace.
Thanks!
John
