Hi There,
Has anyone encountered an issue where after creating a custom host performance measurement(for example Disk Utilization) and specifying that it only calculates for a selected agent group that it doesn't collect any data and showing " no measurements available for time frame" when trying to add it to a custom chart?
This works fine when charting the "out of the box" measurement for "Disk Storage Utilization" and then filtering on the required "Agent Groups"

Hi. I just double checked with engineering. This is actually a known limitation of these host monitoring measures. That explains why it doesnt work in your configuration. You need to revert the configuration back to default.
Thanks for the response Andreas, the reason for creating these measures to only calculate for specific groups is that we have a requirement to set up incident rules to trigger e-mail notifications to specific teams responsible for a group of servers and we don't want to send notifications to teams that aren't responsible for a said server.
Is there an alternative way to get this set up so that for example Disk Storage Utilization alerts for server A would go to a specific e-mail recipient and for Server B would go to a different e-mail recipient?
Hi Richard,
The Extended EMail Action Plugin is able to filter the e-mails it sends by:
Hope that helps,

Thanks Richard, we are making use of the Extended EMail Action Plugin and I will use it for filtering on that criteria in the interim.
The reason why we want to set up separate incident rules per System(Agent Group) is for reporting purposes to report on a No. of incidents received for a specific system.
Is there maybe another way to classify this data?
