Hi,
Have you selected "Visit" as the scope for your business transaction?
The other thing is that it looks for me like you try to create a BT which should show a double splitting but BT's can only show the result of the double splitting in the Business Transaction dashlet. When opening the BT dashlet it has to crawl the PurePaths and Visits if this installation has a lot of traffic you will not be able to view very long timeslots.

I am trying to create a Business Transaction that will group visits to an application by the browser type(web or mobile) and the customer name. While the browser type splitting is already available as an out of the box splitting, the customer name is an application specific value and a custom splitting needs to be created for it.I created a visit type transaction for this purpose but I run into a problem when I try to use two different types of splittings, one of which is a Purepath type(the custom splitting) and the other is the built in visit type splitting(Visits by operating system type). The count shows up a value but the splittings column remains blank. Is there some kind of a known conflict that arises when we use two different kinds of splittings(purepath and visit type) for a visit Type transaction. Please advise.
