Getting this message and it comes each time you restart client

 

 

even if we say yes this time, it comes when we restart again. All users are reporting this with 5.6

Thank you Jibi! The problem is caused by updating the Server by a FixPack to version '5.6.0.5802'. Though the version of the Server and the Client is equal, the FixPack differs slightly from the installed version on the Client side.
A workaround should be to state "Never" on the Dialog, then it should not ask until the Server is updated the next time. Alternatively, you could install the Server again by using the installer and not the FixPack (see https://downloads.compuwareapm.com/downloads/download.aspx?p=1&r=54).

Case 00855430 (which was opened for another issue due to upgrade to 5.6.0) has all the support archives.

Hello Jibi,

to further investigate the issue, we need following:

  • version of dT Server (+ version FixPack active on Server, if any)
  • version of Client (+ version of FixPack active on Client) 
  • type of Client (Webstart/installed)
