Hi,
I have just started using dynaTrace and I installed the dynaTrace plugin into my Eclipse Kepler IDE. The installation is ok and the plugin itself seems to be working, but it has a bad side-effect; it causes the Atlassian JIRA sync plugin to stop working.
Whenever I try sync my Jira-tasks, I get the following error:
An internal error occurred during: "Synchronizing Tasks (Our Issue Tracker)".
ClassCastException: attempting to castbundleresource://1243.fwk502323128:3/javax/ws/rs/ext/RuntimeDelegate.classtobundleresource://1230.fwk502323128:3/javax/ws/rs/ext/RuntimeDelegate.class
For now I have just unistalled the dynaTrace plugin.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

The following message is displayed:
You cannot edit the Full Name or Email fields as you are not using Confluence to manage users

Hi. We are working on this. seems to be a sync issue between our backend services. You cant change the name via edit profile. So - stay tuned and we try to bring "your normal name" back

For "null null", have you tried to change the name in your profile at jarl.petter.kvalsvik@tryg.no?

Usually OSGi should separate all classes that are loaded by plugins and thus avoid such a problem, it seems in this special case OSGi does not separate some special classes between plugins for some reason, I have asked R&D to take a look if this can be fixed on our end or if it is a problem in the Eclipse/OSGi environment.
Can you provide some information which version of Eclipse you run and which additional installed plugins your installation has?
