" Agent did not match system profile; skipped by licence check / Instrumentation disabled since the agent was not mapped into an agent group

Hi ,  I am using dynatrace5.6 and  easyTravel 2.0.0.1231 . After installation  in agent overview i found 2 of the agents were not properly .  I am attaching the snapshot with this. Please help me to sort it out these issues. Thanks.

Hi Romil,

Agents have to be mapped using names.  The Agent itself is configured with a name (e.g. MyDotNetAgent) and the System Profile has to contain an Agent Group with an Agent Mapping for that same name.  In your case, the easyTravel System Profile does not contain an Agent Group with such a mapping.  You could add Agent Groups to the System Profile, but in your case, I'd recomend that you create a new System Profile since your Agent isn't really part of the easyTravel Application.  Within that new System Profile, you can create Agent Groups with the correct mappings  You can find webinars on 'First Steps' in the Education section to help with this topic.
