Measure aggregation differences - is this a bug or ???

Hello,

Attached is the screen shot of a dashlet showing "DB time" of two applications. One measure aggregates in 99th percentile, another one aggregates in Average and another one aggregates in Sum.

If you notice that the 99th percentile rows,

  1. the minimum of (0.57 and 0.00) is given as 0.57 (wrong)
  2. sum (26.11, 0.00) is given as 25.24 (wrong)
  3. Count is good thou; count (132, 140) is given as 272 (Correct)

Coming to the Average rows;

  1. Minimum (0.23, 0.00) is given as 0.00 (correct)
  2. Maximum (2,42, 0.00) is given as 1.61 (wrong)

I am trying to understand if this is a bug in dynatrace aggregating data or is there something which I am missing. Any expert opinion on this issue is hugely appreciated and valuable.

Thank you,

Arun Yenumula

Hi. So - you are talking about the value of the "Main Measure" and how this value is calculated from the individual dynamic measure values which are give for your two data services. A quick glance at your screenshot almost makes me believe that the values for the "main measure" are wrong. I would open a support ticket for this
