Hi,
Does dynaTrace supports the AquaLogic Service Bus version 9.2.1.0? The AquaLogic Service Bus seems to originate from BEA before it was acquired by Oracle. Documentation of version 9.2.1.0 is from January 2007. Nowadays it is merged with the former Oracle ESB to the Oracle Service Bus.
Does the dynaTrace support for OSB also cover ALSB 9.2.1.0?
There is another thread describing some special behavior of the ALSB. Not sure if ALSB is always configured as described here:

Thanks a lot for your comments!

Hi Andreas and Andreas,
Just my two cents, we do have a large customer and monitoring without any issues in Production, WebLogic, AcquaLogic and ExaLogic nodes/domains, around 30 each.
(OSB + WLI on Exa + ALSB and WLI8)
You must enable the following sensors one at a time for a while -> particularly JMS, JTA, etc...and watch how they impact or not overall performance in the monitored nodes (if they already are under heavy load, it was our scenario), other than that, you should have no problems.
Best,
Carlos.

Hi Andreas
Sorry for the very late reply - must have gotten lost in all the postings.
dynaTrace currently supports the specail Thread Mechanism used in Oracle Service Bus. This allows us to tag PurePaths through OSB in case the communication channels used are those we support out-of-the-box, e.g: Web Services or JMS
I hope this helps. If you need more details please let us know what exact environment you have so that we can figure out whether we support your specific setup
