Unable to open 2 sessions of dTrace 6.0 client to work simeltaneouly

Hi,

I am facing weird problem.

We have a remote machine on which DT 6.0 server and DT 6.0 client is installed.

The team of 2 people working simultaneously on that machine (by using remote desktop connection) and we are launching dt 6.0 clients simultaneously to work.

But right now, only 1 member is able to launch client with its login, whereas when second member tries to launch the client it vanishes.

3 cases observed

1) Client not at all launching for 2nd member.

2) Sometime 2nd member able to launch client, but client disappears immediately after launch.

3) Sometime 2nd member able to launch client, but client disappears when we click anywhere (e.g. opened dashboard) after launch.

Can you please let me know how to tackle this problem?

Thanks,

Kedar Saravate

Do you have sufficient memory on the box for the heap sizes of the client?  Anything in the Client logs (Client.0.0.log and ClientLauncher.log)?
