Hi Roman,

Forgive my lack of knowledge, I did not know we needed separate license for Browser Agent.

However, attached is a screenshot of the license details.

Thanks for the quick response.

Ok, you already figured out the issue then - the license key you have only allows up to 4 Java agents to connect at the same time. Browser agents are seperate from that...

Hi,

I am trying to profile a web application using dyntrace, I have installed the dyntrace add-on on IE browser and configured it to point to my dyntrace server. The add-on is able to connect to the dyntrace server and its visible on the "Agent Overview" dashlet in dynatrace client.

The issue is, no data is being sent from the browser to the server.

I see a error on the add-on on the browser which read "License Exhausted". I have been told that we have license to connect to 4 agent at a time and I have only 3 agents including the browser agent on the "Agents Overview" dashlet.

I am attaching a screenshot of the error on the dyntrace client.

Any help in this regard is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Deepak

Hi Deepak,

When you check the license key installed on the server (dynaTrace client - Settings - dynaTrace Server - License) - what does it say for the number for browser agents?

Best, Roman
