Hello everyone:
I have configured several agents dynaTrace in different instances of JBOSS 6.2, these have the same configuration and are used in environments development and production, the problem I have is when I want to display the purepaths that are generated by an instance in specific in the production environment PurePath not show me these.
Any suggestions as to why I can not see puerepaths instance?
Thanks

Hi Andi
I have two servers configured dynaTrace Promote production and another in development, and the problem was solved and this was that in the development environment that performed the tests they did it directly from the makers. For production testing the entry point was performed by another service so could not see the profile purepaths where instances reside JBOSS
Thanks for helping

Hi Edgar
Do you have two different dynaTrace Servers to separate Production and Development environment? Or if you run everything on one dT Server do you have different System Profiles for these two types of agents?
In any case - make sure that really all agents are connected and mapped to the System Profile you intended it to connect. You can verify that through the Agents Overview dashlet. Once you make sure that all agents are connected correctly you should be able to open the PurePath dashlet for that particular System Profile (in case you have them split up into two SysProfiles make sure the filter is set correctly). On that dashlet you can also set Agent-specific filters to really just get the PurePaths of these agents
