I have some agents on the wrong version, what is the best (least intrusive way) to get them onto the correct version? All Windows Server 2008 running IIS 7
Answer by Andreas G. ·
The JavaScript agent is injected by either the web server agent or the Java Agent -> that depends on your deployment. Make sure that all agents are up to date. You only need to restart the agents and they should automatically update to the latest version. After that - these agents should also inject the latest version of the JavaScript agent.
On Hint though: in case your HTML pages are cached somewhere, e.g: CDN, proxy, ... -> you may get an old version of your HTML that still has the old JS file injected

Let me explain further.. in the agent connection status screen it has some agent with old versions, but also I have some on version 5.5.0.5892 but when I check the page source it shows as
/dtagent55_abxjn3_5226.js
Which I cam assuming is incorrect as when I run a UEM health check it says "the retrieved javascript agent does not match the currently selected"
