Hi.

This is going to be a bit tricky. But here is what you can try.

#1: Create a new Business Transaction that is called "URLs slower than 10s". for this BT you need a custom Response Time Measure with an upper severe threshold of 10s. The BT also needs to split by the URI. Here you can for instance use the out-of-the-box measures "Complete URI Path". As Result Measure you can define individual "Tier Subpath -> Time" measures for Web Server, Backend, Java, .NET, ... -> or - as an alternative you can use some of the API Measures that are interesting for you, e.g: JDBC, Servlet, ...

#2: Unfortunately you cannot chart this in the way you want it - meaning - you cant show the top 10 URLs on one axis and the tier breakdown on the other. But - you have two options

#2a: Use our Real Time Business Transactions Feed to export this data to an external Business Intelligence Software that allows multi dimensional charts/analysis, e.g: Splunk or Excel, ...

#2b: You can start with a Business Transaction Hotspot Dashlet. This will give you a tabular view of your URLs and for every URL will also show you the result measures (=your tiers)
