Can any one help me out for resolving issue in java agent connectivity for dynaTrace installed on webLogic server.
We installed & instrumented java agent on webLogic-10 server and created system profile for the same.
Now the agent is not getting connected to collector of dynaTrace and we are getting following log error in agent logs.
[000006c4] severe [native] Exception while connecting to collector, info:<connect()/apr_socket_connect(), 730060, Connection timed out>
[000006c4] warning [native] Unable to register with Server <Collector Server IP>:9998, CONTINUING WITHOUT INSTRUMENTATION.

Since the agent got a timeout when connecting to the collector - can you manually confirm that this port is open and can be reached from the machine with the agent? For example a telnet on port 9998 of the collector must work - else you might have a firewall in between or your collector is not up and running.
