Adding missing sensor pack to sensor placement of a agent group

How to add a missing sensor pack which is available under the Server/sensor packs but not finding it under system propfile/agent group/sensor plaement.

Hi,

Please check that in the System Profile -> General screen you have the appropriate technology selected for technology support. If so, please say what sensor pack you are missing.

Java technology is selected and the missing sensor pack is JMS Tagging Sensor Pack.
