Caching Dynatrace UEM JS on CDN

I'm wondering if anyone has looked into caching the DynaTrace UEM JS, for example, dtagent56_jn3_5802.js.

The reason I ask is because this JS turns up frequently on reports as taking a long time to download from origin, and I'd rather have it served from a CDN. I understand that the CDN cache would need to be cleared if a configuration change was made to UEM, and I'm fine with that.

The file is not cached under an existing "cache all JS" rule, probably due to this line in the header...

Cache-Control:

max-age=0, no-cache, no-store

I'm not an expert on configuring caching, but have access to those who do, I'm mainly interested to see if this can / should be done.

Caching the javascript file at the CDN should not be a problem. Just ensure that the dynaTraceMonitor requests are not cached. We are also serving the js from our CDN.

Thanks - we plan to use a custom apache module to change the header to

Cache-Control max-age=86400
