GOING CRAZY!
So, a team member created a User Action Business Transaction. They put the User Agent measure in the Calculate Results field, but it is populating with 0.0, not the actual agent.
So, I grab a few of the results of that BT and export them into an Offline Session. From there, ANY modification I make to the Business Transaction will cause me to get 0 results back.
Let's say, for example, in the Offline Session I remove one of the Calculate Results of the BT, like the above mentioned User Agent Measure, when I click on Reanalyze All PurePaths, I'm expecting to get the same results back in that BT just with 1 less field. Well, I get back 0 results.
I've tried a bunch of different modifications to that BT, mostly adding results, or removing a split, or removing the only filter, but it always comes back to not giving me anything after I change it. Help? Thanks in advance.

Any chance you can send us one of your sessions? maybe attach it to this post? A single PurePath will probably do - no need to export a large session

I appreciate any help you can offer. If I upload a PurePath, will it be publicly visible?
If so, is there an email address I can send it to? I don't know my company's policy on uploading a PurePath, but it's only my second day there and I don't want to risk it

I just tried to send you an email but it was blocked from your email server. please send your data to community@dynatrace.com - a single PurePath will do and maybe the name of the BT + Measure you are struggling with

Thanks for helping me out Andreas.
For the larger community, the answer to one of my issues was that Calculate Results will only return Numeric Values. Being that "User Agent" is not a Numeric Value, dynaTrace does the best it can by converting the string to a number. Hence, my issue.
For the matter of Offline Sessions not giving results when a BT is modified, this may be a problem and I will be opening a case.
