Can anyone advise if there is a way to manually cleanup some splittings stored against a particular business transaction in the performance warehouse without erasing all saved measures?
One of our business transactions has reached the 50 000 splitting limit and the splitting culprit was a URI pattern with some unique values. This URI pattern has been excluded to prevent this going forward however the damage has already been done and these 50 000 splittings still exist within the performance warehouse.
The only way I know of for these splittings to be swept up by the performance warehouse cleaning task is if the splittings hasn't had any new metrics stored against them for the mid duration period as per below:
Is there any way to run a manual task against this particular business transaction to purge any measures which recieved no new measures for example over the last 7 days?

There is no option through the client as far as I know. But - if you need to do some special clean up tasks you can try to get in touch with our engineering team. Open a Support Ticket and request help on cleaning the performance warehouse. Internally we have some SQL queries that can be used - but - this is typically done with the supervision of our engineering team
