Hi,
I have been trying to drill down via browser purepath.
I have enabled the option from System Profile->General->Technology->Browser.
However, still browser purepath are not captured. Is their any other changes we need to do so that the browser purepath is captured?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
Just enabling that option alone wont give you Browser PurePaths. You need to enable the Browser Plugin in IE or FF. I wrote a blog and also recorded a YouTube Webinar that shows how to do browser diagnostics with dynatrace. I suggest you check this out:

Hi Andreas,
I really liked your session and also read your blog on the same.
However, I'm not able to connect the to dynatrace server from broswer.
Attached snapshots for your reference.Browser_1.PNG Browser_2.PNG Browser_3.PNG Browser_4.PNG
Also, i have imported the system profile named "BroswerAnalysis"which has a agent called "WebBrowser"

Hi
In the dynaTrace Agent SEttings dialog in your Browser you need to specify port 9998. The Agent (=Browser Plugin) will send data on that port. Port 2021 is the port that the dynaTrace Client uses to connect to the dynatrace server to analyze the data.
So - please try port 9998. Also ensure that on that machine you have the dynaTrace Collector Service running -> you can do this via your Windows Services Option in Windows.
