Reboot losing the agent

Hi! I have installed Dynatrace recently on a production environement Websphere on Windows server and everytime there are an automatic reboot, I loose the agent, installed on the JVM. I need to go and stop and start the websphere server to make it reappear. And since it is a production environement I have hard time to stop and restart websphere.

Is there any something I can do to repair this?

Can you tell me what you reboot? Is it the dynatrace collector or server? A dynatrace agent should automatically try to reconnect if it looses connection to the collector. If that is not the case then I suggest you look at the agent log files. these will contain information about why these agents loose connectivtiy

Thanks Andreas it is the server that reboots every week.

I will check the log.
