uem and windows 10/edge

Hi,

We are currently running dynaTrace 6.1 (upgrade to 6.2 in the fall)

Today we tested to see if we could check out various uem visits for analyzing how many users are running edge and/or Windows 10.

However currently that doesn't seem to Work with 6.1, i expect its simply because its not supported. However more and more people will start using Windows 10 and edge in the near future.

is Windows 10 + edge supported in 6.2 ? and if not, when will this be available?

Hi Stefan

We constantly update our detection of Devices based on the User-Agent String. I can double check on whether Win10 is correcdtly detected with 6.2. The visit itself will definitely be captured - the question is just whether it shows up as Windows 10 or maybe an older version of windows. Stay tuned

Hi Stefan,

Can you please file a support case? There is already an update package available since it is on the internal Dynatrace Monitoring already be installed
