Hi
We created a Patrol Plugin for a customer - that was for version 3.5. This was done via an Enablement Service Engagement.
We still have and also build the Patrol Plugin in house. As we do not have the environment we cant officially support it and thats also the reason why it is not on the community portal.
If you want we can give you the plugin for dynaTrace 4.1 but you may also want to involve Enablement Services to make sure you get it correctly configured and running.

Hi Andreas,
I've installed the plugin. It si working and sending the alerts to Patrol. There is one problem with the plugin. The plugin does not get the changes. Once you put a new incident it works fine, but if you change or delete it, it continues sending the data to Patrol in the same way that was created.
Thanks for letting us know. I hope you can live with this situation. You may also want to try to remove the Action Plugin from the Incident and then re-add it to the Incident. With this you should not need to create a new Incident each time you want to change the parameters

Hi Andreas,
The problem is that removing the Action Plugin or even the complete incident, it still stay working and sending information to the Patrol server.
I am here in BBVA Mexico with people of Compuware Brazil. It is possible to send us the source code to review it with them?
The source code is already part of the package I've sent you. Check out the zip file - it also contains a "src" folder
Hi Andreas,
We have dynaTrace 4.1 at The Hartford and need to pass alerts to BMC Patrol. We expect to engage Enablement Services in the near future but would like to review plug-in ASAP. Could you kindly send it to me? bill.nealon@thehartford.com
Andreas,
We are also a mixed dyatrace-Patrol environment. Could you also email the patrol plugin to me at john_kelly@cinfin.com ? We have 4.1 and 4.2..
We are mainly interested in sending incidents to the BMC Event Manager which will later move to BPPM Events at some point but it is the same code as I understand it. Do you have any plugin for that type of integration? Any guidance you can give is appreciated.
THanks
John

We at Lowes also have a mixed environment 4.1 and 4.2 can you email the Portal Plugin to me at vc.william.gillette@lowes.com. Many thanks.
We have dynaTrace 4.1.0.2973, Could you also email the patrol plugin to me at ealvarado@anzen.com.mx please?
Hi Andi,
Could you please share the patrol pugin with me as well at sreerag.m@nordstrom.com
We are trying to integrate dynatrace with BPPM by sending DT incidents to BPPM. currently we use SNMP traps but traps are not reliable so we would like to look at the option of using or extending the patrol action plugin (patrol is now part of BPPM).

If you have command-line flexibility, please also consider the "Generic Execution Plugin", to be used as an action in an incident. It was recently rewritten to be much broader in what it exposes.
