Add existing Memory Dump raw file to Client

Old session files and memory dump files were deleted due to lack of allocated storage space on our dT server hard drive, but our WinTel support team was able to recover the files. How can I add the .memdump.raw files back into the dynaTrace client? I've moved all of the 2015[date]_0.memdump folders into our Sessions/[SystemProfile]/ directory already.

I also have old .session folders I'd like to be able to add.

It turns out that although they didn't instantly refresh, they were all added after some time (half hour - hour).
