What are the autogenerated incident rule in Dynatrace?

Is there anything like auto generated incident rule in dynatrace. What are those ? Do they have depedency on real incident rule?

By "auto generated incident rule" do you mean out-of-box incidents?

No. I have some incident rule which have name as - Incident Rule (type=Availability,name=Connected Agents) - severe#0000 and have a condition in it. Wondering if these are created automatically.

Hi Rupesh,

I do not believe that that is possible to set up but I would look into the Extended Email Plugin, where you could customize the alert that is sent.
