IBM Integration bus agent doesn't get all Execution Groups

Hi folks,

Customer just installed the IBM integration bus agent, but not all the execution groups were captured by the agent.

Can anyone point an explanation for this problem?

Hello Lucas,

As you aware that MB agents count as execution groups.

Can you check the that how many agents do you have and how many executions groups before further troubleshooting or understanding?

Lucas,

One other thing that you must be aware, the execution group will only show up in Dynatrace at the first time after he sees the first transaction/event. Maybe that's the case, make sure that all Execution Group are in use.

Customer didn't have any licenses for this category of agent.
