I am trying to install easy travel application for demo/training purpose. Once I click on "Install System Profile" it gives me an error and the server is not getting connected. Please help.

The problem is not with easytravel, but with your dynatrace server.
Your Dynatrace Server is not running, thus you can't import the easyTravel Systemprofile.
Go to you services and make sure the Dynatrace Server and Frontend Server services are started.
Edit from my comment below:
You can find tutorials for the installation process and a lot more at the university.

Hi Patrick,
Can you tell me how do I start them from windows. I have viewed 'services' in windows and both server and frontendserver are not running there. Should I start them by running a .bat or a command? Please give me some steps.
just right click on each of them and select restart!
Hi Rajani, I said they are not running in 'services'. Where to right click ? Do you have any tips for running them ?
Do you mean from Services even if you right click on Dynatrace Server and Frontend Server and click restart they are not running?
Hi Rajani,
I mean if I go to 'services' I don't see any services named 'Dynatrace Server' or "Front end server" hence I can not right click and start them. Please see the screenshot of my services.
Looks like your Appmon Service is not running.
Can you try typing below command in Windows start menu:-
Start Dynatrace Server Service
Start Dynatrace Frontend Server Service
It should come up like this in screenshot.
Hi Rajani,
I am not getting anything after type both commands. I think I am not getting since the processes were not created at all. Do you have the steps to install the Easy Travel application in window7, 64-bit ? I am suspecting that something is missing in installation or configuration. Tell me what I need to adjust.
I think you can try reinstalling the Dynatrace full package but before doing that just make sure you uninstall existing one and completely delete Dynatrace folder from Program files.
After installing you can check from your Services both Dynatrace Server and Frontend Server should be running.
For Easytravel you can download it from below link
https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/DL/Demo+Applications+-+easyTravel
I would try reinstalling like Rajanikanth suggested. Make sure you have administrator rights so Dynatrace can install the services.
