User Action PurePaths on WebUI [Native Mobile Apps]

Hello,

Is there a way to drill down into the User Action PurePaths for User Actions on the Web UI? We're on 7.0 and I'm not really seeing a way to do this.

We currently only have UEM for Mobile apps and even though we see some really good User Actions, there is no way to look at the PurePaths (or even just the request details) on the Web UI without opening the visit on the Fat Client.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like:-

Being able to drill down to the PurePaths or even seeing the name for the web requests here would be immensely valuable for us.

Please let me know if i'm missing something obvious.

Thanks,

Ari

Hi Ari,

I agree the feature is not available for mobile app visits only. However, it is fine with mobile users browsing a site.

I have contacted our product manager to see if it is coming soon.

Regards

Flo

Thank you Flo!

Yeah, it works fine for Mobile users browsing a site but it doesn't for Native Mobile app users. You can still find the PurePaths for them in the WebUI but there is no way to tie them to User Actions like you can on the Fat Client.

Thanks,

Ari

Hi

I haven't but last time I mentioned it to him he hinted that it might not be implemented...
