CPU unhealthy incident action

Hi all,

I would to know if it is possibile to set an action after the CPU unhealthy incident is triggered.

On system profile > incidents I'm able to edit the Host CPU Unhealthy only if I do ctrl+shift+F9(debug mode).

So, I did this(I've setted email action) but when the incident is triggered no action is done.

What could be the problem?

Many thanks,

Roberti

There's a lot of deprecated stuff hidden in debug mode for a reason so it's not surprising that that doesn't work. Also, from an administrative perspective I would never want to hide something like an alert in debug mode anyway. That could get confusing in the future for yourself and others.

I would either create your own incident based on cpu measures in the system profile configuration or possibly closer to what you're looking for you can modify the thresholds and create alerts at the server level in the server settings -> infrastructure tab.

Hi James,

thank you for the answer.

So I understood, is better to set the alerts on infrastructure tab for my case.

Best Regards,

Roberto
