Can not access system profile

Hi Team,

We're now facing server access problem

When I modified system profile, I got "[BaseServerAccessController] Failed to access server: com.dynatrace.diagnostics.server.BaseServerAccessController$1 handle:71" in my server log

Restart server doesn't help, how can I fix this problem?

This seems to occur when the system profile is out of sync with the server and performance warehouse. Sometimes though not always a server restart can resolve this. Unfortunately if this does not resolve the issue it has been better addressed/fixed to prevent that in more recent updates and releases but 6.1 has been out of support for quite a while now so may not have the fix in place (I imagine this is the case) so unless someone else has any tips the only thing I could recommend is to upgrade your deployment to a more recent supported version of AppMon.
