We have upgraded a Dynatrace AppMon Server from version 6.1 to 7.0, and when we reconnected the Performance Warehouse Database (version superior to Microsoft SQL Server 2008) we have noticed that certain metrics before the migration are no longer present in our charts; especially metrics related to Host Health are missing (we haven't visibility before the reconnection), but other metrics (like PurePaths response times, BT metrics, etc.) are still present as they should be. What could been causing this issue?

for this migration, an indirect migration was required, eg going first to 6.5:
Then in the 6.5 docs a change as of 6.2 is mentioned:
Especially this section:
As of 6.2 host monitoring changed significantly. Monitored hosts are no longer mapped to System Profiles, but are managed globally in a section called Infrastructure.
Because of these changes, historical host monitoring data that were collected before the migration and are bound to System Profiles will no longer be accessible when using AppMon 6.2 or later.
The procedure to make the historic host monitoring data accessible again after a migration is documented in the KB. Please refer to After Upgrade to 6.2, Host Metrics From Times Before the Upgrade Are No Longer Shown.
See the linked page at the bottom for more information.

Thanks, we are going to try the fix for the Performance Warehouse issue; regarding the migration, we didn't need any PurePath data (local storage) from the old system, so we upgrade directly from the old version to the new and we just import the system profile. Even in this case we will have to migrate first to 6.5?, there is a compatibility issue if I just import the System Profile to 7.0 directly and I don’t need to migrate the old PurePath data?
