Calculate total time spent on individual servers for all the transactions

Hi,

We did a load test for one of our application. There are around 4000 transactions happened during the load test. All these transactions went through different servers(PFA attachment). How can i calculate total time spent on individual servers. From the attachment i can see only execution time per transaction. But i want to see how many transactions are executed in each server and what is the total time spent on each server.

Regards,

-VA

Hi,

Can we download a report(pdf/excel) which could show agent break down for individual transactions ?If so how can we do that?

Hi,

From agent status overview i see difference in timings.PFA attachment for one of our host.

From agent break down Exec Sum(ms) is 23502.57(refer agent-break-down.png).

From agent status overview Total Execution Time[ms] is 40450.01(refer agent-status-overview.png )

Which one should we consider?

Hello,

You must consider the first (agent break down Exec Sum(ms)).

The agent break down Exec Sum(ms) is calculated for all Purepath Execution Time

The agent status overview Total Execution Time[ms] is for all instrumented method.

Hello @vissu a.

As per the below statements you should look into the agent breakdown column 'Exec Sum' for an agent(s) if your concern is performance. Secondly, you can open the Agents Status Overview and change the grouping as 'Physical Hierarchy', where you can find the 'Total PurePath Count' and 'Total Execution Time' for each agent.

  • The Agent Breakdown dashlet provides a view of accumulated performance data, broken down into different Agents or Agent Groups. This information helps to isolate performance issues at the Agent level. Each line of the table represents timing information from an Agent.
  • The Transaction Response Time view analyzes single transactions and their flow through the application environment. Use it to trace a single type of transaction and identify which components contribute to the execution of that transaction type. Use this information to identify bottlenecks and resources used.

Babar
