Purepath status - green dot with question mark

We just notices that in our customers production enviroment PurePaths there is a lot of rows with green dot with small question mark. You can see it there:

They have same callstack, it just got recognized as different applications.

I was not able to find any clue in documentation.

Any idea what that means or what causes it?

EDIT: It can be seen in DEBUG mode

Hello David,

What is the state message when you right click, Details on the purepath with question mark ?

The host in the node details of the first method on the Purepath Tree is it linked on your MEP Applications ?

Thanks,

Regards,

Mathieu

State: OK (The PurePath was created from a sub-path which could not be linked to any parent path)

What do you mean by host linked on our MEP Applications? The hosts of both purepaths, one with question mark and the other one without it, are the same agents.

Thanks,

David.

Hello David,

In the System Profile configuration, in Applications section, all applications is detected automatically by Host.

I would like to know the host of your purepath with question mark.

So, could you right-click on the Web requests (the first method on the Purepath Tree) > Details and check if the Host on Web Requests Details is linked to your MEP Applications in the System Profile configuration ?

Thanks,

Regards,

Mathieu
