Where would one find a glossary of icons and their meanings

I think the answer that Babar gave to Julia is exactly what you are looking for:

The Tree tab of the PurePath dashlet displays the contributors to the PurePath, selected in the PurePath tab, arranged as a tree that maps the calling hierarchy of the contributing methods.

The call hierarchy of the selected PurePath can span multiple threads or processes, depending on the applied sensors. To indicate thread or process changes within a PurePath, the following special nodes are inserted within the tree view:

  • Synchronous Path
  • Asynchronous Path
  • Asynchronous Invocation

So if you access the link you will see the explanation of each element. For example in the pic, you can see the invocation to Sync and async invocations, both with yellow arrows but they mean different types of calls

digging old thread.. to repeat the question, what are the various icons in the PP tree? for example, i see a yellow right arrow before the method name.. it means..?

Still waiting for it! I can see the Purepath icons on the Documentation, but for the Purepath TREE icons I cannot find anything!
