Encounter error in starting the java agent

Hi,

Below error is encountering while starting the java agents.

Hi @Mayana K.,

There is a knowledge base article here if you could consult that for it mentions the exception you are seeing here. There is a provided solution but you will see the Apache Felix framework is not officially supported.
