Different Retention Period of Measures for different system profile, despite no suspisous configuration in Performance Warehouse

AFAIK, there is no sys-profile-specific setting in AppMon, so I am not quite sure why some sys-profile got measures only up to few days old, while some other got measures up to few weeks old.

What else am I missing?

Anyway, below is the screenshot of the relevant setting regarding PW:

Hello @Wai Keat C.

Maybe the creation time stamp of the measurement is different in each system profile or in case you have dynamic measure so with the auto purge cleanup deletes old dynamic measures from the Performance Warehouse. In other words, each dynamic measure for which no new measurements have been received as long as the duration of the mid resolution are purged from the Performance Warehouse.

Babar

Hi Babar,

What's counter-intuitive in my case is that, it is not those system profiles that aren't busy with monitoring data that has very short retention. It is actually the system profiles that are always busy and full with monitoring data that has short retention.

Any other thought? Thanks.
