Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 52.4 MB each and 262.1 MB total.

I guess you should check with the network team especially if Dynatrace Server and Performance Warehouse are in the different zones and there is a firewall in between.

This usually happens due to a simple network outage between your machine and the database server or congestion on a lower level.
Check updated libraries and support added in the latest NAM service pack.
