buildtime format to be used while Uploading a symbol extract file

Hi,

We're trying to upload the IOS Symbolic file onto AppMon to deobfuscate the current crash logs. I'm referring to this link - https://www.dynatrace.com/support/doc/appmon/user-experience-management/mobile-uem/mobile-symbolication-service/symbolication-7-x/

I get response code of 400 with response body as "dss-op-status": "buildtime must be a proper number".
I have tried giving BuildTime in couple of formats like below, but still get same error.

Curl request URL generated is :

https://AppMonServer:8021/api/v3/dss/symbolfiles/ios/apps/MyMobileApp/versions/1.8.1/builds/c42fac2e-567e-41a8-8ce3-8bb4229962e2/time/Tue%2C%209%20Jul%202019%2020%3A24%3A38%20CDT

Can you please let me know if I should be using any specific format for build time?

Thanks,

Keshav
