Created custom alerts for a newly created Host group. But the custom alert is not working for CPU & OOM alerts for specific Hosts.
Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 52.4 MB each and 262.1 MB total.

Anyway that we can alter the timeframe that is considered to alert ?
When you create incident rule you can specify what time window should be considered for measure violation

Thanks for your reply. I have tried reducing the CPU threshold to 30% and it triggered an email but later I changed it back to 85% and its not working anymore. However I have created a Support ticket now.

If hosts are properly assigned to group, I think you should open support ticket for such case.
Check updated libraries and support added in the latest NAM service pack.
