World Map is not able to show data in DynaTrace Client

World Map is not able to show data in DynaTrace Client

In World map no colored data showing(location) and i could see visits from local network. Here my question if its local network it wont show in map location(colored data)?

please find the screen shot for the same.

Hello,

I believe that is because "Local Network" is not a country. ;)

PS: Can you extend the timeframe to see if there was a visit from a country?

Did you set up the locations with IP ranges, etc. ?

okay. so no country in visits, means world map is blank, Can we take it as business analytics working fine because remaining things recording. :)

Please have a look in DynaTrace Server Settings and geographical locations.

Yes, if we extends the time frame we are able to see the Map and countries as well
