Can't open session file from Dynatrace Server in DT Client (Offline)

Hi,

I want to backup the session file from Dynatrace Server and then open it on DT Client (Offline). I use this method : copy session file folder from dyntrace server and paste it in DT Client session folder.

But in DT Client I can't see that session

Any best way to do this ? because I need to backup the session file daily

Hello,

Have you tried using the 'Import' button and manually trying to upload the session file?
