All agents lost connection to server

All agents lost connection to server

Hi

Yesterday, I installed dynaTrace on a clean Windows Server 2012 R2 Server. I also installed agents on one of our test web server. It works fine.

This morning, I turned on the dynaTrace Server, and found out that all agents lost connection, including dynaTrace self monitoring agents.

I was not able to get them connected back again.

Please kindly help.

updates.

The self monitoring agents were online after a while.

The agents for test web server are still offline.

Did you check the collector and collector logs?

Sounds like you have the collector on the same machine as the server. If the application you're monitoring was restarted when the DT collector was offline, then the agents will be offline. You will need to restart the application while the collector is online.
