dT 5.0: I am having some issue creating an incident to trigger an alert when the response time of any query within a system profile reaches a threshold of 1000ms or more.
Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 52.4 MB each and 262.1 MB total.

Creating the Incident with Condition "DB Time" using "max" aggregation and adding threshold to the measure of upper severe 1000 (ms) should do this.
Query Measure.pngAll the incidents that I have created work great, excepIt is not working for met for the DB. Please find attached the DB time measure and incident.
Is this a screenshot of your measure? You mentioned 1000 ms but this measure has upper severe set to 10 ms.
Yes, it is. I changed it to 10 ms hoping to capture a lot of events.
And you're saying it's not firing? If you look in the 'Incidents' dashlet do you see it triggered? Do you have e-mail set up as an Action in the incident?
For everyone's reference, Anoh attached the other relevant images:
No, it's not firing. When I look in the 'Incidents' dashlet, it is not triggered. Yes, I have an e-mail set up as an Action in the incident.
I have other incidents that are being triggered and I am receiving e-mail notifications when they do fire. I don't know why the DB Time does not fire.
The alert is finally firing. However, can the alert display the queries that are triggering the events. The only information currently being displayed is the agent.
Check updated libraries and support added in the latest NAM service pack.
