DT Not capturing Visits

Hi,

I'm not getting visits in Dynatrace post successful installation of agents, server and collector please find below details

I have installed Dot Net and IIS web server Agent.
Both Agents listed in agent overview.
I'm getting license Ok for Dot net agent but for web agent I'm not getting "License OK" its blank.
When I access page WS Agent injecting js and I'm also getting Dynatrace Post but still Visit not getting captured in DT.
I have registered Web server Native Module(dtagent.dll).

Please suggest.

Have you tried the UEM Health Check?

Yes I tried that and I'm getting success still facing issue.

You will want to open the page for the application in Chrome, then use the developer tools. Take a look at the network tab to verify the dt agent is being called and the dtmonitor request is returning a 200 (ok).

I have found, even if the Health Check returns ok, you may need to look at the request through Chrome to make sure the web server is not blocking the requests.

Hi Jef,

Thanks for reply, But I already mentioned in my original post that I'm able to accessed that page in browser and I'm getting both dt.js and Dynatrace Post.
