Incident dashlet History heatfield won't display more than 7 days of incidents
Although I can chart the data for 30d, the History heatfield in the incident dashlet won't go back more than 7 days, even if I set the dashlet timeframe to 30d. Why is that?

Incidents are available for longer - but - most likely explanation for your situation is that your Incident Dashlet only shows you those incidents that are still in progress. When you open the Incident Dashlet from the Cockpit via a double click the dashlet opens with a pre-configured filter to only show Severe and Warning Incidents as well as Incidents in the State Created and "In Progress".
So - please check the filter settings of your incident dashlet and change it to "All Severites" and "All available" states and let me know if that makes a difference. Plus - also check if there is no custom timeframe filter specified on that dashlet either. I think the default is 72 hours
