I am trying to edit a test in the Dynatrace Recorder for a transaction includes a 2-step Security Question/Password event to multiple backend systems via AJAX, and the step change is managed in the UI via JQuery.
I have split these 2 events out into separate steps, and it would seem that since they are included in separate steps in the Dynatrace Recorder, that the screenshots would match up correctly, having 2 screenshots of this same page/URL at both points of the process.
However, this is not the case. What I am seeing is the screenshot of step 2 corresponding to the next step (a different URL). If I follow the assumed logic that instead of 1 screenshot per event, that the rule is actually 1 screenshot per UI/browser URL, this would lead me to believe that I should only end up with 4 screenshots (homepage, security question/password, summary, sign-off page) -- but what I am actually left with is 2 separate screenshots of the last (sign-off) page, which is a static URL.
This is quite confusing, and I'm just wondering what I can do to clear this up and get separate screenshots for the security question and password steps, because like I said earlier, these calls go to separate backend systems, and being able to differentiate between two steps when troubleshooting would greatly enhance our ability to quickly be able to tell where a possible issue is originating.

Thank you for the question. So that we can give proper suggestion, we need to see what the script is for and how the webpages are built. Can you open a support ticket and also include the script and screenshots you have seen?
