Portal performance, especially around trying to drill into errors and alert events, can be slow.
I'm often faced with the spinning green wheel when trying to view the waterfall and screen shots, waiting 15 to 30 seconds before either getting a page back or giving up.
This is not consistent behavior, but it is certainly often enough to be annoying - definitely a daily complaint.

I have a vague memory of that all the stuff online is monitored by the tools Dynatrace also sells so perhaps you could try to log a ticket and specify your login ID so it can be clarified whether the problem is something in the Portal or something alsong the way, such as the network.

Hi Don - I just want to add to Ulf's message. In case this is portal related, we are moving to a Big Data back end with the upcoming release on March 22nd. This should eliminate a lot of the latency issues you see in the portal making it much faster and provide results in real-time. Check with your CSM for updates on the release, and the community should have all the details soon.
