Hi Murali -
A test has an option to include or not include client time. Some users want to exclude it. In order to get 'browser events' aka 'W3C navigation timing events', you will need to enable that option in test management. Keep in mind, by adding client time, the overall measurement time will also increase.

EDIT - May have misunderstood question, I'll leave this here for information's sake.
It took me a while to navigate to it at first. If you can get to that trend details chart and click on a data point you need to select "raw scatter" which opens up a scatter plot and if you click on one of these data points you'll need to select "summary" which opens up a view with each step and if you click on any of the steps it will open a waterfall chart for that step. The big thing is that I don't see the term "waterfall" used - it is referred to as "summary" in most places.
I'm not sure if there is an easier way to navigate to it - it does seem like there could be a few places where some of these steps should be able to be skipped.
