I have uploaded various scripts, they seem to not appear on my interactive chart nor my Operational Summary? I left it overnight, am I missing something? Private Last Mile agent are saying 'Poor' but still connected? How can I troubleshoot this?

Private Last Mile tests can take several hours to be added to the scheduler. I would expect to see results after that. There are several troubleshooting pages in the Private Last Mile Documentation section, including this one. However, it may be a scheduling issue rather than a problem with the peers themselves.
